​The idea of enclosure, the refuge, interested me for a long time. I have tried to approach it with an archetypical image of the house.
   Those drawings were made of imaginary spaces. Homes in the middle of nowhere.
   Some of those have taken shape as sculptures, which are juxtaposed opposite physical and formal properties: strength-vulnerability, balance-instability, rough-smooth e.t.c.
   As time was passed I was leaded to conditions more and more abstract. The form of the house has disappeared and I came face-to-face with the "raw material" of my work, the white page...
